Job Description We are seeking a **Fintech Solutions Director** to lead the strategy for digital financial solutions, oversee innovation projects, and ensure the integration of emerging technologies into our platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, digital product management, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **Fintech Strategy**: Define the vision and roadmap for digital financial solutions. * **Platform Management**: Oversee payment systems, digital wallets, and blockchain. * **Technological Innovation**: Evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve financial processes. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international regulations. * **Risk Management**: Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation plans. * **Strategic Collaboration**: Work with executives and stakeholders to align fintech solutions with business objectives. * **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate teams of engineers, analysts, and fintech specialists. Requirements * Degree in Finance, Computer Engineering, Economics, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in fintech or digital financial solutions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of blockchain, digital payments, open banking, and financial APIs. * Experience in digital transformation projects and fintech product management. * PMP, CFA, or specialized fintech certifications are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
