Job Description We are seeking an **Enterprise Architecture Lead** to lead the design and implementation of enterprise architectures, oversee system integration, and ensure adoption of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT architecture, technology governance, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities * **Enterprise architecture design**: Define reference frameworks and IT standards. * **System integration**: Coordinate interoperability across platforms and applications. * **Technology governance**: Ensure compliance with international policies and regulations. * **Digital transformation**: Drive modernization and cloud migration initiatives. * **Risk management**: Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation plans. * **Strategic collaboration**: Work with executives and stakeholders to align IT with business goals. * **Technological innovation**: Evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve processes. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * 7–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, including at least 4 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of reference frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, COBIT). * Experience with ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
