Job Description We are seeking a **Software Engineering Director** to lead the software development strategy, supervise engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of world-class technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership, project management, and adoption of agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities * **Engineering Leadership**: Lead development teams and establish technical vision. * **Project Management**: Oversee the enterprise application lifecycle. * **Software Architecture**: Define design standards and best practices. * **Agile Methodologies**: Implement Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD to optimize deliveries. * **Technology Innovation**: Evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve processes. * **Quality Management**: Ensure compliance with security and testing standards. * **Strategic Collaboration**: Work with executives and stakeholders to align IT with business objectives. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of cloud architectures, microservices, and DevOps. * Experience with modern programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript). * PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS/Azure certifications are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
