Job Description We are seeking a **Broadcast IT Director** to lead the broadcast technology strategy, supervise critical operations, and ensure continuity of broadcasting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in media infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **Broadcast infrastructure management**: Supervise networks, servers, and broadcast systems. * **Technology strategy**: Define IT plans aligned with corporate and media objectives. * **Cybersecurity**: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and local regulations. * **Digital transformation**: Drive technological modernization and cloud migration initiatives. * **Vendor management**: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technology partners. * **Disaster recovery plan**: Design business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. * **Team leadership**: Lead and motivate IT and broadcast teams. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in media IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of digital broadcast systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. * Experience managing digital transformation projects in media. * Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
