Job Description We are seeking an **Automation Systems Director** to lead automation strategy, oversee the implementation of intelligent systems, and ensure digital process integration across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial automation, technology project management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **Automation Strategy**: Define and execute enterprise automation plans. * **Systems Management**: Oversee control platforms and SCADA/PLC systems. * **Technological Integration**: Coordinate interoperability between digital systems and industrial processes. * **Process Optimization**: Implement methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * **Security and Compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international regulations. * **Vendor Management**: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technology partners. * **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate automation engineers and specialists. Requirements * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in automation systems, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of PLC, SCADA, IoT, and cloud architectures. * Experience in digital transformation and industrial automation projects. * Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ISA are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
