Monitor stock levels and ensure quality standards We're hiring a Purchasing Officer to join our team at Palm \& Berdawny, in Arabella. **Responsibilities:** * Source and procure food, beverages, and supplies at competitive prices * Build and maintain relationships with local and imported goods suppliers * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen management * Ensure all purchases meet quality and compliance standards * Track purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records **Requirements:** * 2\+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in F\&B or hospitality * Strong negotiation and vendor management skills * Proficiency in MS Excel or procurement software * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure * Arabic/English fluency preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to KD300\.000 per month Experience: * Purchasing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
