Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize recipes and portions We are looking for a Food Cost Estimator to help us maintain quality while controlling costs across our menu. **Responsibilities:** * Calculate and track the cost of ingredients for all menu items * Analyze food cost percentages and identify areas for savings * Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize recipes and portion sizes * Monitor waste, spoilage, and inventory variance * Provide regular reports to management on cost performance **Requirements:** * Experience in food costing, inventory control, or kitchen management * Strong understanding of F\&B operations and Lebanese cuisine is a plus * Proficient in Excel or food costing software * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * Arabic/English fluency Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to KD300\.000 per month Experience: * Food Cost Estimation: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
