The ideal candidate will ensure efficient shipment handling, maintain strong client relationships, and lead the freight forwarding team to deliver high\-quality logistics services. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land shipments) * Coordinate with carriers, agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries * Manage documentation processes including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork * Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues proactively * Lead and supervise the freight forwarding team, ensuring productivity and performance * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners * Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies * Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Prepare operational reports and performance metrics **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred) * 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations * Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations * Proven leadership and team management experience * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills * Strong communication and negotiation abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
