Career growth into Head of Logistics or Supply Chain Director roles **Job Summary:** Mozumder Logistics \& Industrial Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations \& Warehouse Manager to lead end\-to\-end warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and supply chain efficiency. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory control, distribution processes, warehouse staffing, and operational performance across industrial logistics functions. If you are an experienced logistics and warehouse management professional, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s industrial and supply chain sector. **What you'll do:** * Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch * Manage inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock management * Supervise warehouse staff, forklift operators, and logistics coordinators * Optimize warehouse layout, storage efficiency, and operational workflows * Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and transportation schedules * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards * Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity * Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements * Manage procurement coordination for logistics and warehouse supplies * Handle operational reporting and performance analysis **Requirements:** * Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management * Strong leadership and team management skills in industrial environments * Knowledge of inventory systems, WMS, and logistics software * Understanding of import/export and distribution processes is an advantage * Strong problem\-solving and operational optimization skills * Ability to manage large teams and high\-volume warehouse operations * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Experience in industrial or trading logistics is preferred **Why work with us:** * Join a growing logistics and industrial services company in Kuwait * Opportunity to manage large\-scale warehouse and distribution operations * Exposure to industrial supply chain and logistics systems * Strong focus on efficiency, safety, and operational excellence * Career growth into Head of Logistics or Supply Chain Director roles Pay: KD2,200\.000 \- KD3,800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
