Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily workshop and production operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards. The role involves managing production staff, coordinating materials, monitoring workflow, and ensuring safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities: \* Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. \* Manage and coordinate workshop staff and production teams. \* Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met. \* Coordinate with the design, sales, and project teams. \* Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for production. \* Monitor the quality of finished products and workmanship. \* Identify and resolve production issues and delays. \* Monitor material usage and minimize waste. \* Ensure the workshop follows safety and organizational standards. \* Prepare production reports and provide updates to management. \* Train, guide, and evaluate workshop employees. Requirements: \* Previous experience as a Production Manager or Workshop Supervisor. \* Experience in furniture, carpentry, interior fit\-out, Corian, marble, or similar industries is preferred. \* Strong leadership and team\-management skills. \* Good planning, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \* Good communication skills. \* Valid Kuwait driver’s license is an advantage.
