Job Description We are looking for a **Digital Platforms Director** to lead the digital platforms strategy, oversee system integration, and ensure adoption of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in platform management, technology governance, and leading cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities * **Platform Strategy:** Define the vision and roadmap for digital platforms. * **Technology Integration:** Coordinate interoperability among applications and enterprise systems. * **Digital Transformation:** Drive modernization initiatives and cloud migration projects. * **User Experience:** Ensure intuitive, customer-centric platforms. * **Security and Compliance:** Guarantee alignment with international and local regulations. * **Vendor Management:** Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technology partners. * **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate teams of engineers and digital specialists. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in digital platform management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile methodologies. * Experience in digital transformation projects and user experience initiatives. * Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or ITIL are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
