Job Description We are seeking a **Data Science Director** to lead the data science strategy, oversee advanced analytics projects, and ensure the implementation of artificial intelligence–based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, statistical modeling, and managing big data projects. Key Responsibilities * **Data Strategy**: Define the organization’s data science vision and roadmap. * **Predictive Modeling**: Develop machine learning models and advanced algorithms. * **Big Data Management**: Oversee massive data platforms and distributed architectures. * **Information Visualization**: Create dashboards and executive reports for decision-making. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with privacy and data protection regulations. * **Strategic Collaboration**: Work with business, IT, and operations teams to integrate data solutions. * **Technological Innovation**: Evaluate new tools and methodologies in artificial intelligence. Requirements * Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in data science, including at least 4 years in leadership roles. * Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Experience with big data architectures (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Certifications in Data Science or AI are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
