Build and manage a high-performing digital security team **Digital Security Director** **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** Agjyyttu is seeking a **Digital Security Director** to establish, scale, and lead our enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, and risk governance strategy across Kuwait and regional operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will safeguard critical digital assets, build resilient cyber frameworks, ensure full regulatory compliance, and mitigate enterprise cyber threats in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Security Strategy \& Governance:** Formulate, execute, and maintain Agjyyttu’s digital security vision, roadmap, and security policy frameworks. * **Cyber Threat \& Incident Response:** Direct security monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response operations to prevent, detect, and neutralize cyber threats in real time. * **Cloud \& Architecture Security:** Partner with IT and systems teams to design secure cloud architectures, API security standards, and zero\-trust data protection models. * **Regulatory Compliance \& Audits:** Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank cyber security regulations, CITRA policies, ISO 27001, and international data protection standards. * **Vendor \& Third\-Party Risk:** Evaluate, manage, and audit security compliance for third\-party partners, vendors, and cloud service providers. * **Security Culture \& Team Leadership:** Build and manage a high\-performing digital security team while conducting executive risk reporting and enterprise security awareness campaigns. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** 10\+ years in Information Security and Digital Risk Management, with at least 4\+ years in an executive or directorial leadership role. * **Track Record:** Proven success scaling cybersecurity, SOC oversight, incident management, and cloud security frameworks. * **Technical Skills:** Expert knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, Endpoint Security, SIEM/SOAR platforms, Identity \& Access Management (IAM), and Penetration Testing. * **Certifications (Required/Preferred):** CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or CRISC. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * **Languages:** Fluent in English (Bilingual English/Arabic is a distinct advantage). **Benefits** * Tax\-free competitive executive compensation package * Annual performance bonus and executive incentives * Family medical coverage and health insurance * Annual return airfare allowance to home country \* الراتب المدفوع: KWD١٬٥٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
