Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead technology strategy, oversee innovation initiatives, and align digital transformation with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that support growth and long\-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Technology Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide technology frameworks. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain. * **Digital Transformation**: Oversee modernization of systems, platforms, and infrastructure. * **Risk Management**: Identify technology\-related risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity frameworks. * **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, operations, and finance teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor engineers and IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, system efficiency, and project delivery metrics. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * 15\+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role. * Strong knowledge of **technology frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
