Perform troubleshooting, testing, and prepare technical documentation Salient Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer to join our growing team specializing in IT, Security, and Integrated Technology Solutions. The selected candidate will assist in the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of various ELV and security systems while supporting project execution and customer requirements. (Specifically looking for candidates from India, preferably based in Bangalore) **Required Qualifications** 1\.Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related Engineering field. 2\.Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, or ELV Systems. 3\.Familiarity with MS Office and basic technical software. 4\.Good communication and teamwork skills. 5\.English \& Hindi communication is mandatory. 6\.Willingness to learn and work on\-site. **Key Responsibilities** 1\.Assist in the installation of CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Turnstile, Networking, and other ELV systems. Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, or ELV Systems. 2\.Support project engineers, technical teams, and marketing during project execution. 3\.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system testing. 4\.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and site updates. 5\.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and customers when required. 6\.Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards. 7\.Attend site visits and provide technical support during installations. 8\.Learn and follow company procedures and industry best practices. Pay: KD3,500\.000 \- KD4,200\.000 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuwait
