Maintain accurate HR records and support employee lifecycle We are looking for an **HR Admin Assistant Officer** with experience in **Kuwait HR operations**, **labour law compliance**, **residency procedures,** and **government\-related transactions.** The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling employee documentation and official processes efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Handle employee residency transfers, renewals, cancellations, and work permit procedures. \- Maintain employee files and HR documentation. \- Prepare employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, and other HR documents. \- Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies. \- Coordinate with government authorities such as PAM, MOI, and PIFSS. \- Monitor employee leave, attendance, and residency expiry dates. \- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee support. \- Maintain accurate HR records and reports. **Requirements:** Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and residency procedures. \- Experience dealing with government authorities and manpower\-related processes. \- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \- Excellent organizational and communication skills. \- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
