This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, and stock control who enjoy maintaining efficient operations and ensuring accurate inventory management. Join a growing operations team where your organization and coordination skills will directly support business success. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch * Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records * Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations * Prepare shipment and receiving documentation * Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch * Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety * Track incoming and outgoing shipments * Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures * Support warehouse reporting and inventory audits **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field * 2\+ years of warehouse or logistics coordination experience * Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations * Proficiency in Excel and warehouse/inventory software * Good organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong communication and coordination skills * Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment **Work Details** * Schedule: Full\-time * Location: On\-site in Kuwait City **About the Company** GHermes Delivery \& Operations Services Co. provides logistics, fulfillment, and operational support solutions for businesses across Kuwait.
