We are seeking an experienced **Publishing Operations Manager** to oversee production workflows, manage publishing schedules, and ensure the seamless delivery of books from manuscript to market. Key Responsibilities * **Production oversight:** Manage the end\-to\-end publishing process, from editing to printing. * **Workflow management:** Coordinate editorial, design, and production teams to meet deadlines. * **Vendor relations:** Liaise with printers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency. * **Quality assurance:** Maintain high standards in print and digital publications. * **Budget control:** Monitor costs and optimize resource allocation. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to copyright laws and publishing regulations. * **Reporting:** Provide updates on production status and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Publishing, Business Administration, or related field. * 7–10 years of experience in publishing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of editorial workflows, printing processes, and digital publishing platforms. * Proficiency in project management tools and publishing software. * Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
