Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, vendors, and technical teams. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date. Track budgets, project costs, and resource utilization. Support quality assurance and successful project delivery. Drive continuous process improvements and project management best practices.
