Ensure product quality and timely project delivery Job Vacancy \| Workshop Manager – Wood Production Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait Seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and manage the wood production workshop and ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and on\-time project delivery. Key Responsibilities: \- Oversee daily workshop operations and labor performance. \- Develop and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. \- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. \- Lead and manage workshop staff and ensure adherence to safety procedures. \- Optimize machinery performance and implement process improvements. \- Manage raw materials, inventory, and supplier relationships. \- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all production stages. \- Utilize Odoo Production System for planning, tracking, and reporting. \- Analyze production data and provide performance reports to management. \- Control production costs and ensure projects are completed within budget. Qualifications \& Requirements: \- Proven experience in wood manufacturing or a similar production environment. \- Strong leadership and team management skills. \- Experience in workflow optimization and machinery management. \- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar production systems. \- Experience in supplier management and cost control. \- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
