Opportunity to grow career in a dynamic medical environment **Location:** Kuwait City, Kuwait **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** HumanTech International (HTI) is seeking a polished, detail\-oriented, and patient\-focused **Receptionist** to join a leading **Medical Center in Kuwait**. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional front\-desk experience and ensuring smooth clinical operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Patient Experience:** Greet and welcome patients/visitors with professionalism and warmth. * **Operations:** Manage front\-desk tasks including filing, correspondence, and daily administrative duties. * **Scheduling:** Efficiently manage, confirm, and schedule patient appointments. * **Communication:** Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate medical departments. * **Registration \& Documentation:** Register new patients, maintain accurate medical records, and process insurance/billing documentation. * **Coordination:** Act as a bridge between patients and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient flow. **Requirements** * **Nationality:** Arab Nationals (Female candidates only). * **Experience:** 1–2 years in a receptionist or customer service role. * **Preferred Background:** Prior experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital setting is a strong advantage. * **Language:** Fluency in both **Arabic \& English** is mandatory. * **Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software. * **Attributes:** Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. * **Residency:** Must be currently residing in Kuwait. **How to Apply** If you are a dedicated professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic medical environment, we would love to hear from you. **Apply directly or by sending your updated CV to:** info@humantechi.com *Know someone perfect for this role?
