Summary: Implement and monitor HSE Management Systems, conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead incident investigations. Highlights: 1. Implement and monitor project HSE Management Systems 2. Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments, and Job Safety Analysis 3. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis * Implement and monitor project HSE Management Systems. * Conduct Hazard Identification (HAZID), Risk Assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). * Ensure compliance with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, and Kuwait HSE regulations. * Monitor Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) activities including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, Lifting Operations, and Electrical Isolation. * Conduct site safety inspections and audits. * Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis. * Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and monthly performance reviews. * Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs. * Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and waste management procedures. * Coordinate emergency response drills and crisis management activities. * Promote a strong safety culture across the project workforce.
