Job Description We are seeking a **DevOps Engineering Director** to lead the DevOps strategy, oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the reliability of the technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, automation, and cloud environment management. Key Responsibilities * **DevOps Strategy**: Define and execute the organization’s DevOps vision. * **Infrastructure Management**: Oversee cloud and on\-premise environments to ensure availability. * **Automation**: Implement Infrastructure\-as\-Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. * **CI/CD Pipelines**: Design and optimize continuous integration and delivery workflows. * **Security and Compliance**: Ensure alignment with international standards and local regulations. * **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate DevOps and operations engineers. * **Technology Innovation**: Evaluate new tools and methodologies to improve processes. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 8–10 years of DevOps experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation. * Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, or PMP are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
