Job Description We are seeking an **IT Infrastructure Director** to lead technology infrastructure management, oversee critical operations, and ensure business systems continuity. The ideal candidate will have experience leading IT teams, managing data centers, and adopting cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities * **Infrastructure Management**: Oversee networks, servers, storage, and critical systems. * **Technology Strategy**: Define infrastructure plans aligned with corporate objectives. * **Cybersecurity**: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and local regulations. * **Digital Transformation**: Drive modernization and cloud migration projects. * **Vendor Management**: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technology partners. * **Disaster Recovery Plan**: Design business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. * **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate teams of engineers and IT specialists. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and cybersecurity. * Experience in data center management and digital transformation projects. * Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
