Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service Job Overview We are seeking an elegant, professional, and customer\-focused Hostess to join our fine dining restaurant team in Kuwait. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities * Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. * Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. * Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. * Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours. * Coordinate with restaurant management and service staff to optimize table turnover and guest flow. * Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservation requests. * Handle guest concerns and special requests courteously and professionally. * Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Assist in promoting restaurant services, events, and special offers. * Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service. Requirements * Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar customer\-facing hospitality role is preferred. * Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or upscale restaurant environments is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English; additional languages, including Arabic, are an advantage. * Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Well\-groomed appearance with excellent presentation skills. * **Candidates must submit a recent full\-length photograph along with their CV.** Preferred Attributes * Friendly, confident, and approachable personality. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast\-paced environment. * High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
