Monitor customer/supplier accounts and reconcile bank accounts A general contracting company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced accountant. Job Responsibilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Job Duties: Managing cash flow and financial forecasts based on periodic projections. Monitoring the budget and allocating expenses to cost centers, and managing and following up on financial reports (monthly profit and loss statement). Preparing and recording journal entries. Preparing monthly financial reports. Monitoring customer and supplier accounts. Reconciling bank accounts and advances. Preparing payroll and tracking expenses. Preparing required declarations and reports and coordinating with relevant parties. Working with accounting systems and preparing management reports. Any other accounting tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. At least 3\-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in contracting companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting systems for contracting companies. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Transferable residency within Kuwait (preferred). Applications will only be accepted from within Kuwait.
