Our Kuwait City office plays a central role in leveraging blockchain technologies to enhance transparency, security, and efficiency across the GCC. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Blockchain Strategy Lead** to define and implement blockchain initiatives, oversee enterprise adoption, and align distributed ledger technologies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable blockchain solutions that support growth and long\-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Blockchain Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide blockchain frameworks. * **Solution Architecture**: Design scalable blockchain\-based applications and platforms. * **Smart Contracts**: Develop and oversee smart contract deployment for enterprise use cases. * **Risk Management**: Identify blockchain\-related risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and global blockchain governance frameworks. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of emerging blockchain technologies such as DeFi, NFTs, and tokenization. * **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, IT teams, and regulators to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * 10\+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in blockchain strategy or enterprise architecture. * Strong knowledge of **blockchain frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, and cloud\-native blockchain solutions. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
