Our Kuwait City office plays a central role in managing large\-scale technology projects, ensuring operational resilience, and driving innovation across the GCC. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **IT Project Director** to lead enterprise technology initiatives, oversee project governance, and align IT strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while supporting long\-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Project Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise\-wide IT project frameworks. * **Governance**: Establish project governance structures and ensure compliance with GCC regulations and ISO standards. * **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Technology Integration**: Oversee integration of cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and automation. * **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, operations, and finance teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor project managers and IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * 12\+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **project management frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
