Job Description We are seeking a **Telecommunications Engineering Director** to lead telecommunications strategy, oversee infrastructure projects, and ensure continuity of communication systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications engineering, network management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **Infrastructure design**: Define network architectures and connectivity standards. * **Network management**: Oversee LAN, WAN, 5G, and satellite systems. * **Telecommunications security**: Implement cybersecurity policies and data protection measures. * **Performance optimization**: Monitor and improve network efficiency. * **Vendor management**: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technology partners. * **Digital transformation**: Drive modernization initiatives and cloud migration projects. * **Team leadership**: Lead and motivate telecommunications engineers and IT specialists. Requirements * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in telecommunications, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of 5G networks, fiber optics, VoIP, and cloud networking. * Experience in digital transformation projects and critical infrastructure management. * Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PMP, or ITIL are a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
