Interact comfortably with VIPs and international patrons An exquisite 5\-Star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a polished, welcoming, and articulate **Hostess** to serve as the face of its premier venue and deliver exceptional first impressions to all arriving guests. **Requirements** * Relevant experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Front\-of\-House Greeter within 4\-star or 5\-star luxury hotels or high\-end dining venues required. * Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills to interact comfortably with VIPs, local regulars, and international patrons. * Proficient with digital restaurant reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) and floor plan management. * Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic telephone etiquette, and a polished personal appearance adhering to luxury grooming standards. * Ability to stay composed, multitask, and manage guest wait times smoothly during high\-volume dining hours. * Basic understanding of fine dining operations, guest relations management, and host stand etiquette. **Responsibilities** * Greet arriving guests warmly, confirm reservation details, and escort them to their designated tables with genuine 5\-star hospitality. * Manage daily reservation books, telephone inquiries, table allocations, and walk\-in guest flow to optimize seating capacity and floor balance. * Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and floor supervisors regarding special guest preferences, VIP visits, anniversaries, and dietary notes. * Maintain a immaculate host stand area, present clean menus, and ensure seamless communication between front\-of\-house and service teams. * Thank departing guests sincerely, gather real\-time feedback when possible, and invite them to return to foster long\-term loyalty. * Comply with all hotel health and safety protocols, operational policies, and personal hygiene guidelines.
