Summary: Manages end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and delivery, while ensuring efficiency and compliance. Highlights: 1. Supervise warehouse operations for smooth workflow * Manage end\-to\-end supply chain operations from procurement to delivery. * Request and follow up on supplier quotations (RFQs) and evaluate suppliers. * Plan inventory needs and monitors stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock. * Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers until delivery. * Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and regular stock checks. * Enter and update item data and generate product codes and barcodes. * Use barcode systems for receiving, issuing, and tracking products. * Monitor and update order statuses (Draft / Confirmed / Delivered). * Coordinate drivers’ schedules and delivery routes. * Follow up delivery processes and track shipments with logistics companies. * Ensure accurate and on\-time delivery of orders to customers. * Prepare invoices and reports related to shipments and orders. * Validate HS codes and maintain proper documentation for compliance. * Improve processes and enhance supply chain efficiency. * Supervise warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
