Coordinate with kitchen, front office, and housekeeping teams A 5\-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Room Service Assistant Manager to oversee daily in\-room dining operations and lead a team delivering a seamless, high\-end guest experience around the clock. **Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day room service operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and high\-quality delivery of food and beverage orders * Supervise, train, and schedule room service staff and order\-takers across shifts * Monitor order accuracy, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction, resolving complaints promptly and professionally * Coordinate closely with kitchen, front office, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service flow * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in line with hotel and health regulations * Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for the room service department, minimizing waste and controlling costs * Track service times and identify opportunities to improve efficiency * Support the Room Service Manager with reporting, staff performance reviews, and departmental budgeting * Step in to manage full department operations in the manager's absence **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel room service or F\&B operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role * Prior experience in a 5\-star or luxury hotel environment strongly preferred * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent guest service orientation with a calm, solutions\-focused approach to complaints * Good command of English; additional languages (Arabic, French) are an advantage * Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management **What's Offered** * Competitive monthly salary (based on experience) * Employment visa and work permit sponsorship * Accommodation * Transportation * Duty meals * Paid holidays * Standard benefits per Kuwait labor law (annual leave, end\-of\-service benefits, medical insurance)
