The ideal candidate will drive digital HR initiatives, ensure system efficiency, and support business objectives through innovative HR systems and processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of HR systems and technology platforms. * Manage HRIS projects, system integrations, upgrades, and process improvements. * Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. * Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions. * Analyze HR data and generate reports to support strategic decision\-making. * Provide leadership, training, and support to HR technology teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, system integrations, data analytics, and HR processes. * Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms is an advantage.
