The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, operational planning experience, and a solid background in security management and team supervision. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily security operations and ensure effective deployment of personnel. * Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and operational strategies. * Manage security teams, supervisors, and field operations staff. * Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive security measures. * Coordinate emergency response procedures and incident management. * Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards. * Prepare operational reports, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations. * Collaborate with clients and management to maintain high security standards. Requirements * Proven experience in security operations management or related leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of operational security procedures and risk management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems. * Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning preferred. * Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
