Collaborate with teams to support strategic planning and identify improvements **Supply Chain Analytics Lead** **LOCATION:** Shuwaikh Industrial Area – Block 1, Near Shuwaikh Port \& Logistics District, Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait City, Kuwait **COMPANY NAME:** TransInter Logistics **SALARY:** KWD 1,850 per month TransInter Logistics is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive data\-driven decision\-making and optimize supply chain operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead analytics initiatives focused on logistics performance, inventory management, transportation efficiency, forecasting, and operational improvement. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead supply chain analytics and reporting initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance. * Analyze logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Develop forecasting models for demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance. * Create dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualization tools for management reporting and operational monitoring. * Collaborate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to support strategic planning. * Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and operational insights. * Monitor supply chain KPIs including delivery performance, inventory turnover, order accuracy, and logistics costs. * Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within supply chain operations. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across supply chain systems. * Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 5\+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics analysis, or business intelligence roles. * Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, forecasting, and logistics processes. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics and visualization tools. * Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or supply chain management systems is highly preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and critical\-thinking skills. * Ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic business recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or distribution industries is an advantage. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and data\-driven environment. الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
