REQUIREMENTSEligibility to legally work in the hiring country (transferable residency or local hire preferred); strong communication skills; comfortable with productivity tools (Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office); organized and reliable; English required (Arabic noted per role). BENEFITS Kuwait: Monthly salary, 30 days annual leave, 15 days sick leave (standard private\-sector offering).Responsibilities: **Daily hygiene and food safety checks; temperature logs for chillers, freezers, cooking, and delivery vehicles; inspecting incoming deliveries; checking staff hygiene and correct equipment use; stock rotation using FIFO; accurate records; reporting non\-conformances; supporting audits.Qualifications:** Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent hands\-on food safety experience. **Basic knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene.** Able to read, write, and communicate in English. **Careful, honest, and consistent, with strong attention to detail.** HACCP or basic food safety certificate **1 to 3 years in a food safety, quality, or kitchen role (catering or central kitchen experience).** Immediate joiners preferred.Please make sure that you send us your updated CV/resume in PDF format with your recent photo to careers@lightfields.co Kindly subject or quote the position you are applying for easy reference.
