We are seeking an experienced **IT Infrastructure Manager** to oversee technology systems, ensure network reliability, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities * **Infrastructure management:** Oversee servers, networks, storage, and enterprise systems. * **Cloud solutions:** Implement and manage cloud\-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * **Cybersecurity:** Ensure compliance with security standards and protect against threats. * **Disaster recovery:** Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans. * **Vendor management:** Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technology providers. * **Team leadership:** Lead IT staff, provide mentorship, and ensure operational efficiency. * **System optimization:** Enhance performance and scalability of IT systems. * **Reporting:** Deliver infrastructure performance reports to senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * 7–10 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud computing. * Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CCNP are a plus. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
