Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key insights **Company:** BMY Moon Digital **Location:** Salmiya – Al\-Khansa Street, Block 12, Kuwait **Job Title:** Digital Platforms Data Analyst **Salary:** KWD 1,375 per month **Job Overview** **BMY Moon Digital** is seeking a detail\-oriented **Digital Platforms Data Analyst** to support data\-driven decision\-making across digital marketing, social media platforms, and online business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and platform metrics to help optimize engagement, conversions, and overall digital growth strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital platforms including websites, social media, and advertising channels. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and user retention. * Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to marketing and management teams. * Analyze digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for performance improvement. * Track customer behavior and identify trends to support targeting and segmentation strategies. * Work closely with marketing and content teams to optimize digital strategies using data insights. * Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for digital campaigns and landing pages. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper tracking implementation across platforms. * Use analytics tools to evaluate SEO performance, paid ads, and social media effectiveness. * Support automation and reporting improvements for digital analytics processes. * Stay updated with digital analytics trends, tools, and best practices. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, digital analytics, or marketing analytics. * Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms. * Experience with SQL, Excel, Python, or R for data analysis. * Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. * Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media analytics. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced digital environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in e\-commerce, digital agencies, or online platform analytics. * Familiarity with customer journey tracking and attribution modeling. * Knowledge of automation tools and marketing technology (MarTech) stacks. * Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize or equivalent platforms. * Certifications in Google Analytics, Data Analytics, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
