Ensure safe storage of contract audit files and maintain correspondence **Job Title** **Contracts Technician** **Summary Section** To ensure high quality administrative support is provided to the Contracts Department from inception through to Contract Close\-Out. **Responsibilities:** * Provides technical assistance to the Contracts Department personnel. * Supports the Contracts Administrators in the preparation of tender invitation documents. * Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of documentation for approvals etc. * Distributes the Contract documents as directed by the Contracts Administrator. * Completes and ensures safe storage of contract audit files. * Maintains contract correspondence files. * Arranges for any original bonds, warranties, insurance certificates or policies to be copied and distributed as directed by the Contracts Administrator. * Supports the Contracts Administrators in the production of bidder and contractor performance feedback reports. * Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system. * Safety – Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices, understand and follow OH\&S procedures. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma * Minimum 5 years overall post\-graduation experience. * Minimum 2 years post\-graduation experience in the oil and gas industry of which * 3 years to have been in a similar role specifically within a contracts department. **Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability** **Belong.
