Work with product management on phase in/out briefs **Date:** 23 Jul 2026 **Location:** KW **Company:** Alghanim Industries Long Description Job Summary The Planogrammer is in\-charge of the proper planning and implementation of the planogram for specific showrooms. He also assists in developing periodic reports on the utilization of planogram space, last units and display products Job Responsibilities Implements the planogram in all shelf locations Recommends changes in display and creative ways to arrange the products to improve the customer shopping experience Effectively manages the retail space for specific showrooms Collect the Phase in and Phase out brief from product management team, then implement it on Planogram software. Candidate Requirements **Technical/Functional (Knowledge / Skills):** Good level of verbal \& written communication skills (English essential / Arabic preferred) Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and planogram software (JDA and others) **Behavioral:** organizational and self\-management skills under pressure * University degree * 2\-4 years of experience in merchandising and planogramming * Good level of verbal \& written communication skills (English essential / Arabic preferred) * Good organizational and self\-management skills under pressure * Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and planogram software (JDA and others) Education Bachelor’s Degree
