If you're seeking an inspiring work environment that offers opportunities for growth and innovation, we welcome you to be part of our future! ### **Tasks \& Responsibilities:** * + Prepare rough sketches and detailed work of the designer’s concepts/ ideas * + Perform calculations for the site area, materials, and more * + Coordinate with Architects and Engineers to guarantee the most desirable outcome * + Correspond with the Sales team for various inquiries * + Ensure the final design is in line with building regulations and company standards * + Prepare presentations for the clients * + File and document to maintain an organized database * + Perform other duties, as instructed, which would contribute to effective business operations ### **Required Qualifications:** Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to Engineering Experience: 3 years of experience in the field Skills: * + Able to use design programs (AutoCAD, 3DMax, and Revit) * + Interpersonal and communication skills * + Proficient in MS Office * + Able to learn in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment * + Detail\-oriented * + Results\-driven * + Exceptional numerical skills
