This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing senior executives and leadership talent for client organizations, while managing end\-to\-end executive search projects. If you are an experienced recruitment professional with strong headhunting and client management expertise, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s talent acquisition sector. **What you'll do:** * Lead executive search assignments for senior and C\-level positions across industries * Identify, approach, and engage high\-caliber executive talent locally and internationally * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hiring decision\-makers * Develop executive search strategies and talent mapping for critical roles * Conduct market research and salary benchmarking for senior positions * Manage confidential recruitment processes with discretion and professionalism * Negotiate offers and manage candidate and client expectations * Maintain executive talent pipelines for future hiring needs * Mentor junior recruiters and support team development **Requirements:** * Experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior recruitment roles * Strong understanding of multiple industries and senior\-level job markets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills * Proven ability to source and place executive\-level candidates * Strong research, networking, and talent mapping abilities * Ability to manage multiple high\-level recruitment projects simultaneously * Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools is an advantage * Professional and discreet approach to confidential hiring **Why work with us:** * Join a growing global recruitment and executive search firm * Opportunity to work on high\-impact leadership placements * Exposure to multinational clients and diverse industries * Strong focus on professional growth and recruitment excellence * Career growth into regional head or partner\-level recruitment roles Pay: KD2,000\.000 \- KD3,500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
