Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI Job Overview Vsmart Engine is seeking an experienced and motivated AI Training Director to lead the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of artificial intelligence training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing effective AI learning programs, overseeing training content and delivery, supporting instructors and learners, and ensuring that training programs remain aligned with current developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires a combination of **AI/technology knowledge, training leadership, curriculum development, and strong communication skills**. The AI Training Director will work closely with internal teams to identify training needs, establish learning objectives, evaluate program effectiveness, and promote practical understanding of AI technologies. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement AI training strategies aligned with organizational objectives. * Design and oversee training programs covering artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and related technologies. * Develop and maintain training curricula, course materials, workshops, exercises, and assessments. * Identify learning and skills gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions. * Lead and support AI trainers, instructors, and subject\-matter experts. * Ensure training content remains accurate, practical, and aligned with current AI industry developments. * Evaluate learner performance and training effectiveness using appropriate metrics and feedback. * Introduce practical, hands\-on learning activities that help participants apply AI concepts to real\-world problems. * Coordinate training schedules, resources, learning platforms, and program requirements. * Promote responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence, including awareness of AI limitations, data quality, privacy, and bias. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify relevant AI use cases and training requirements. * Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend updates to training programs when appropriate. * Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes, learner progress, and program performance. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and professional development in AI. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or a related field**. * **5\+ years of professional experience** in AI, machine learning, data science, technology training, technical education, or a related field. * At least **2 years of experience in a leadership, training management, instructional design, or program management role**. * Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and their practical applications. * Demonstrated experience developing, delivering, or managing technical training programs. * Experience developing curricula, learning materials, workshops, or technical assessments. * Strong knowledge of current AI technologies, including **generative AI and large language models (LLMs)**. * Familiarity with common AI/ML tools and frameworks such as **Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit\-learn, or Hugging Face** is preferred. * Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge. * Strong leadership and team\-management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Education, or a related discipline. * Professional certification in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or instructional design. * Experience working with **AI model training, data preparation, data annotation, or AI evaluation**. * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. * Experience designing hands\-on AI labs, technical workshops, or corporate training programs. * Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, data privacy, and model evaluation. * Experience working with cloud\-based AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. * Previous experience leading technical teams or multidisciplinary training teams.
