If you're seeking an inspiring work environment that offers opportunities for growth and innovation, we welcome you to be part of our future! ### **Tasks \& Responsibilities:** * + Correspond with managers to identify training needs * + Formulate training plans/ calendar regularly (monthly, quarterly and annually) * + Create and conduct the training programs that will assist in the organization’s development * + Organize all materials that are required * + Maintain all training records (attendance, training feedback, etc…) * + Utilize the feedback obtained after the program when strategizing for further development * + Prepare training certificates for all attendees * + Keep up\-to\-date with training and development trends * + Prepare a budget for all training activities * + Perform other duties, as instructed, which would contribute to effective business operations ### **Required Qualifications:** Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Training \& Development, or any related field Experience: 3 years of training experience Skills: * + Exceptional presentation skills * + Ability to design and implement training programs * + Strong interpersonal skills * + Detail\-oriented * + Bilingual\- Arabic \& English
