This role involves overseeing operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of **safety, efficiency, and technical excellence.** Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise **DST/TCP job planning, preparation, and execution** from the onshore base. * Coordinate with offshore teams, third\-party services, and internal engineering departments. * Ensure compliance with **HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature)** operational requirements. * Provide technical oversight on **H2S exposure protocols, IRDV\-KB tools, and Certis systems.** * Review and approve job programs, risk assessments, and operational procedures. * Conduct pre\-job readiness checks, post\-job evaluations, and lessons\-learned reporting. * Drive a strong culture of **HSE compliance and operational integrity.** * Proven experience as a DST/TCP Supervisor or similar leadership role. * Previous exposure to onshore coordination for offshore operations is preferred. * Demonstrated competence working in HPHT and H2S environments. * Hands\-on experience with IRDV\-KB tools and Certis certification systems. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Valid relevant industry certifications and HSE credentials. ### **Benefit of Working with Visuna?** * A dedicated member of the team responsible for your placements and welfare * Some of the best day rates in the industry * FREE worldwide insurance and Medevac cover whist on a Placement * 24/7 access to our specialist support team * Assistance and advice on a range of business topics * FREE access to our Competency Scheme * Increased exposure to potential clients and more placement opportunities
