Focus on impact, empowerment, and professional development **Job Summary:** Help Group International Human Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Training \& Capacity Building Manager to lead training programs, organizational development initiatives, and capacity\-building strategies for humanitarian and human services programs. This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful training solutions that strengthen workforce capability, improve service delivery, and support community\-focused initiatives.
