**Job Title:** **Occupational Therapist** **Job Overview:** The Occupational Therapist (OT) will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other special needs. The OT will focus on improving each child’s fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self\-care abilities, and overall functional independence within home, school, and therapy environments. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children’s fine motor, sensory, and functional skills using standardized assessment tools. 2\. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and in collaboration with the clinical and ABA teams. 3\. Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on sensory integration, motor planning, handwriting, self\-help, and daily living skills. 4\. **Purpose and Scope of the Job\-/Summary** The Quality Officer is responsible for on\-site quality improvement activities, quality education, active participant in accreditation team, committees and QI projects.
