### **Job Description** Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for "Structure Engineer " in the Engineering Department. In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to: **Basic Function and Scope:****Participates in the activities of Sheet Metal, Welding and Fiber Glass Shops, related to aircraft structure on Hangar/Line, and components received from other shops including coordination and rectification of repairs, fabrications, modifications, alterations, in additional to composite and welding repairs, such as damaged/stress skin, frames, beams, stringers, semi****monoloque structure, forged and extended sections, engine cowls and pylons, composite structure and parts, and other structural associated parts.** a. Liaises with shop’s Engineers to evaluate and assess the defects on the assigned area of aircraft in order to take further decision for repair, fabrication, modification or alteration to clear the defect/task card in situ during hangar/line checks for aircraft structure and components, as well as for faulty parts received along with their associated work sheets from other workshops. Refers to Engineering standards or aircraft manufacturers to ensure the performance of an approved repairs. b. Assigns and directs mechanics to attend repairs or any other task associated to aircraft or workshop components and provides the necessary approved repairs/technical data related to the work required. c. Stamps approval to release to service after repairs, manufacturing or modification for aircraft structure and components on related hangar/line defect sheet or shop work sheet and arranges to give clearance after accomplishing the work or dispatch of finished parts back to defects originator or store. d. Attends aircraft input and progress meeting to plan and coordinate with Aircraft Maintenance Section, Line Section or other technical sections shops to set up priorities, requirements and plans to ensure work is carried out to the required quality and time limitation within check or departure dead line. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as authorized in structure and composites repairs. * Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license with completion of full course in an approved aeronautical engineering institute / Or Bachelor of Engineering in the relevant field. **I'm interested** Date Opened **26/10/2025**Closing Date **09/11/2025**Work Experience **Minimum 3 years’ experience.**City **Kuwait City**Country **Kuwait**
