Job Responsibilities * Provide technical excellence as core competence to the after sales function in support of meeting its commercial objectives. * Obtain all technical information from Honda and maintain the information flow by conducting class room \& practical trainings thru out the year. * Develop technical training materials and work along with the Service Manager to link learning with performance objectives and evaluations. * Provide professional support during the development and delivery of various training programs. * Support technician, quality inspector, and workshop team leader with necessary technical skills through various trainings, coaching, and on\-the\-job training. * Provides information and tools for workshop team to raise customer satisfaction through fix it right the first time (FIRFT) based on Honda standards. * Train and develop qualified technicians based on Honda certification program.
