Maintain solid relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders **Date:** 10 Mar 2026 **Location:** KW **Company:** Alghanim Industries Job Responsibilities Develop category strategy with line manager to achieve objectives and KPIs Lead sourcing and procurement activities to fulfill of materials, goods or services within the assigned category. Deliver KPI’s relating to cost, cash, quality, service and continuity of supply for the portfolio. Work with suppliers and influence internal stakeholders to implement the innovation strategy, and to evolve the strategy as technology, markets and business needs change. Continuously gather, analyse, interpret and act upon market intelligence. Maintain solid relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders by conducting regular meetings and communications. Provide coaching necessary Minimise risk to continuity of supply by carrying out supplier risk assessments for the portfolio’s suppliers and implementing corrective actions as required. Ensure supply agreements are based upon formal legal T\&C’s **Job Requirments :** Bachlors Degree or Higher Minimum 2 Operational Experience Fluent in English \& Arabic
